Northbound 14th Street Bridge Overnight Lane Closure |

From Monica Hernandez: The right lane of the northbound 14th Street Bridge will be closed from 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 2 through 5:00 a.m. Thursday, May 3. The closure will start on the Virginia side of the Operator’s Tower.

• Motorists entering from northbound GW Parkway will need to merge left almost immediately.

This lane closure will facilitate the second concrete encasement of Pier 14, under the bridge.

All drivers are urged to use extra caution and stay alert.
