Ivan Update

Ivan Update

He stole our hearts when he was stolen from the New York Avenue shelter in November. Since being returned to us, Ivan has been in a loving WHS foster home. His foster parents have taught him great manners and they say he is an amazing dog who will make a great addition to any family.

If you are interested in meeting this sweet pup, please email: jdkirbyjr@comcast.net or call 202-548-3593.

We are looking for community contributors for our Foggy Bottom website!  Community producers contribute blog posts and photos to our WUSA 9 "Where You Live" Foggy Bottom site.

What topics are appropriate?  Write or take photos of happenings in your community, fun happy hours or new restaurant openings, different events going on, festivals, or fairs.  Really, anything you care about in your neighborhood is what we are looking for. You can do pre-event promotional stories, or you can actually attend events and write reviews as well.  Anything that is an important issue or community news topic in Foggy Bottom is welcomed----no story is too small!
